Job DescriptionHead of Risk and Assurance

At Net-Worx (2001) Limited, we are committed to delivering exceptional customer service and have recently launched our new 3-year Corporate Strategy. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Risk and Assurance to join our Executive Team and Board.

We are looking for a strategic thinker who can provide expert guidance on risk management and assurance, ensuring our business operations are aligned with our corporate objectives. The successful candidate will have a strong background in risk management, with experience in developing and implementing effective risk mitigation strategies.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential risks and ensure business continuity.
  • Provide expert guidance on risk assessment, risk mitigation, and risk reporting.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Team and Board to ensure risk management is integrated into our corporate strategy.
  • Develop and maintain effective risk management processes and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.


Requirements:
  • Proven experience in risk management, with a strong background in developing and implementing risk mitigation strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with the Executive Team and Board.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Relevant qualifications in risk management, such as a Certified Risk Manager (CRM) or a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA).
