We're Enterprise Holdings, a family-owned, world-class portfolio of brands that includes household names such as Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Your Career Path

You'll learn valuable business skills from capable mentors who were once in your shoes. That's because nearly all of our full-time employees started as a graduate in our Management Training Programme, including our current CEO. Our promote-from-within culture ensures that you'll have a well-rounded training experience and learn skills in management, finance, operations, sales and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

As a Graduate Management Trainee, you are responsible for:

  • Developing new business and maintaining current relationships
  • Understanding cost control and reading your branch's P&L statement
  • Delivering exceptional customer service
  • Learning proper sales techniques, problem solving strategies and conflict management
  • Mentoring, training, developing, managing and promoting staff

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree
  • A full manual UK or EU driving licence
  • No drug or alcohol related offence on driving record within the last five years

What We Offer

We're committed to diversity and inclusion, and we're recognised as a leader in diversity, equity and inclusion. We're also proud to hold the title of Disability Confident Leader and rank within the top 25 of the Social Mobility Employer Index.

How to Apply

Regardless of your socio-economic background, university attended, subject studied and degree attained, we'll always look at how you perform against our competencies and will judge you on that alone. Please let us know about any accommodations you may need to participate in our recruitment process.
