About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our team as an Activities Assistant at Barchester Healthcare. As an Activities Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering imaginative and engaging activities to our residents, ensuring they can enjoy a fulfilling and motivational environment.

About You
You don't need any specific experience to join us in this role, but you will need to have a sense of fun, creativity, and the ability to encourage and motivate others. You'll also need to have a genuine interest in the people we support and be enthusiastic about helping them live their lives to the full.

Key Responsibilities
• Deliver an entertainment and activities program that covers a wide range of pastimes, social activities, outings, and events
• Help residents pursue their interests and hobbies
• Enhance residents' involvement with their family, friends, and the local community
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver a high-quality service
