About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to join our Evidence Synthesis team at Genesis Research Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development of high-quality evidence synthesis reports and presentations for our clients in the pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement search strategies using online tools and databases to identify relevant literature sources.
  • Lead the analysis of large evidence bases and draw considered conclusions, mentoring junior team members in critically evaluating the evidence.
  • Prepare high-quality written technical reports and presentations, ensuring compliance with company quality standards and processes.
  • Ensure all work is delivered on time and within budget, with a focus on quality and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver projects efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in evidence synthesis or a related field, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality work.
  • Masters or PhD in a relevant discipline, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of quantitative evidence synthesis methods, with experience working in a matrix environment.
