Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Depot Lead Engineer to oversee the maintenance and repair of temporary heating and cooling systems at our Andover depot.

This is a key role within our Customer Service and Engineering team, requiring a strong technical background and leadership abilities to drive efficiency and ensure all systems meet safety and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise the maintenance and repair of heating and cooling systems.
  • Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and manufacturer specifications.
  • Oversee pre-delivery servicing to guarantee optimal system performance.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
  • Provide expert advice and support on field deployments.
  • Maintain detailed records of installations, repairs, and inspections.
  • Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Manage tools and equipment to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Lead team productivity and provide guidance to colleagues.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience on Commercial Boilers (Gas and Oil) and/or Chillers.
  • F-Gas or Gas Safe certification.
  • HVAC installation, including engineering project planning.
  • Strong communication skills and leadership abilities.
  • A valid driving license is essential.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of health and safety regulations.
