About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Surveyor to join our team at MBA, a leading insurance company in the UK. As a Building Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all planning, building regulations, party wall, and CDM aspects are correctly adhered to.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project manage a range of surveying duties, including Statements of Work, tenders, valuations, validations, and insurance reports.
  • Ensure all work is compliant with UK building regulations.
  • Act as a technical referral point for insurance companies.
  • Complete Defect Diagnosis reports.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a successful Building Surveyor.
  • Degree within Building Surveying is imperative.
  • Chartership is preferred.
