Community Courier

This Postman role offers an exciting opportunity to work with the Royal Mail Group, delivering mail and parcels across the region. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, adhering to our high standards, and ensuring efficient delivery of mail and parcels.

• You will be working 30 hours per week, with flexible hours between 07:00 and 15:00, Monday to Sunday, including one in three Sundays on a rota basis.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication skills and the ability to resolve queries and address concerns in a professional manner.

• Delivering mail and parcels across the region, utilizing your knowledge of the local area to optimize routes and minimize delays.
• Providing exceptional customer service by resolving queries and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

• A market-leading salary of £12.87 per hour, paid monthly, with overtime paid at 1.25 times the normal hourly rate.
