Job Summary

Encirc is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in supporting the employee lifecycle and ensuring the successful implementation of our people strategy.

About the Role

As a Junior HR Business Partner, you will work closely with our HRBP to deliver on our HR, employee, and organizational policies through administration support and project activities. You will also be responsible for ensuring optimal employee relations and engagement levels within our business unit.

Key Responsibilities

Support the employee lifecycle to ensure organizational and HR goals are achieved
Implement HR, employee, and organizational policies through administration support and project activities
Work closely with the business unit to ensure optimal employee relations and engagement levels

Requirements

Human Resources or similar degree
CIPD Qualified desirable
Experience in an HR role is preferred and project management experience desirable
Experience of working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing, commercial, and challenging environment preferably within an FMCG
