Salary


The salary for this role is up to £40,000 per annum, based on a base salary plus quarterly commission.



Job Description


As a Mortgage Consultant - Sales and Relationship Builder, you will deliver outstanding service both on the phone and via written communication with key Mortgage Brokers to build strong relationships. You will work closely with Account Managers to drive sales and ensure that KPIs are met.



Responsibilities



  2. Respond to inbound intermediary telephony enquiries, providing exceptional customer service in relation to product and criteria information.
  3. Work closely with Account Managers, supporting the delivery of Account Plans by making proactive outbound calls to key intermediary partners to drive sales.
  4. Update Account Managers with regular feedback from Brokers and market trends, helping identify new opportunities.
  5. Identify intermediary needs, clarify information, and provide accurate solutions across all product offerings.
  6. Support Account Managers with administrative tasks covering mailboxes and the CRM.
  7. Present a professional image of the company, delivering positive Broker experiences throughout the Broker journey.
  8. Manage new/existing relationships, promoting company products and services, and immersing yourself in the policies, procedures, and culture of Together to enable high-level representation of the company at all levels with intermediary partners.


Requirements



  2. Telephone sales experience with a mortgage lender or broker.
  3. Experience answering inbound service calls, making outbound calls, and managing inboxes.
  4. Exceptional relationship building and communication skills.
  5. Strong objection handling and problem-solving skills.
