About the Role:
  • You will work as a key point of contact for customers, buying cars and ensuring the efficient running of your branch.
  • You'll contact customers, prioritise your diary to achieve appointments, and meet targets.
  • You'll conduct appraisals on cars, negotiate prices, close deals, and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Liaising with the back office and colleagues is also an important part of this role.

Requirements:
  • A current full UK manual driving license is essential.
  • Experience in a target-driven environment is preferred.
  • Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and independently.
  • Organisation and prioritisation skills are also important.
  • Building lasting relationships with clients/customers is crucial.
  • Excellent administration and IT skills are required.
