About the Role

As a Domestic Assistant, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean, comfortable, and welcoming atmosphere for our residents. Working closely with the Housekeeping team, you will contribute directly to the well-being and quality of life of those in our care.

Your Responsibilities

  • Ensure that all areas of the home meet the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Perform a variety of domestic duties as assigned, contributing to the smooth running of the facility.
  • Promptly identify and report any damage, maintenance issues, or concerns to the appropriate personnel.
  • Adhere to established cleaning schedules and protocols.
  • Handle cleaning products safely and responsibly, adhering to COSHH regulations.
  • Undertake additional tasks as directed by the Home Manager or Housekeeping Supervisor.

Skills and Experience

We are seeking individuals with a genuine passion for providing compassionate care. Previous experience in a similar role within a residential care setting is highly desirable, but not essential. A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are key requirements.
