IT Support Specialist

At Charles River Community Health, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Support Specialist I to join our team. As an IT Support Specialist I, you will play a critical role in providing technical support to our end-users, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as patch management and antivirus updates
- Assist with the onboarding process for new employees, including account creation and hardware/software provisioning
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation concerning support services
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support, including operating system support and equipment support
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Microsoft Active Directory and related technologies
- Minimum 1 year of experience with Solarwinds Servicedesk or other industry helpdesk software
- Generalist knowledge in various IT areas, such as networking, desktop support, and security
