Electrical Project Manager - Energy Solutions


Copello Global is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead our metering division. As a key member of our team, you will oversee metering projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and exceptional quality.


The Role


As an Electrical Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of Project Engineers, overseeing project planning, engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and installation stages. You will ensure that all projects meet our high standards for safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage metering projects from planning to delivery, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
  • Oversee engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and installation stages, ensuring seamless execution and quality control.
  • Lead a team of engineers and manage project resources, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Ensure safety standards are maintained throughout projects, adhering to industry regulations and best practices.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to support pre-sales activities, driving business growth and revenue.


Requirements:


  • Proven experience in electrical metering and measurements, with a strong background in electrical engineering (BSc/HND).
  • Knowledge of high-voltage transmission and distribution, with a deep understanding of electrical systems and infrastructure.
  • Project management experience, with a recognized qualification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of engineers.
