The RoleWe are seeking 4 Graduates to join our team and embark on a career development journey with us. As a Graduate Trainee, you will have the opportunity to gain practical experience, build your industry knowledge, and progress to a role that suits your chosen area of interest.
The first year of our programme is designed to provide you with a solid foundation in the end-to-end project workflow and equip you with the necessary skills and accreditations to succeed in your chosen field. You will work closely with our experienced team members to develop your skills and knowledge, and you will have the opportunity to take on new challenges and responsibilities as you progress.
Key Responsibilities- Define activity and project briefs to achieve competence in industry and Sinewave standards
- Fulfill all activities in line with development plan goals and timeframes
- Be competent in all core systems
- Complete all basic site accreditations
- Work with business systems to follow company processes and maintain data integrity
- Assist in creation and improvement of processes and related documentation and communication
- Support business teams to deliver projects efficiently
- Visit UK sites as required
- Manage stakeholders to ensure clear expectations are agreed and successful delivery of projects to required standards
- Complete all SHEQ requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a proven track record of learning from multiple sources, working in partnership with peers and stakeholders to deliver agreed outcomes, and having experience and qualifications in Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical Engineering. You will also need to have a full driving license with a maximum of 3 points.
