Window Maintenance Technician

Job Overview
Monthind Clean Limited is seeking a skilled Window Maintenance Technician to join our team in Ipswich. As a Window Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for providing top-notch window and specialist cleaning services to our clients in Suffolk and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out window and specialist cleaning tasks as per the specification at clients' premises
- Ensure cleaning duties are performed in accordance with the cleaning specification and work schedules
- Document all work completed and obtain client signatures for completion
Requirements
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Enhanced DBS check
Working Conditions
- Full-time position with 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
- Varying working hours from 5am, with 30 minutes unpaid lunch break per day
Benefits
- Monthly paid, £11.44 per hour
- 20 days annual leave entitlement plus Bank Holiday allowance
- Overtime available at time and a half
