Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and friendly individual to join our team as a host/check in staff at The Glee Club. As a host, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Check floor plans and ensure accurate seating allocation for customers.
Operate the epos system to process food and drink pre-orders efficiently.
Meet and greet customers, checking names off a list and assigning seats in a friendly and efficient manner.
Sell tickets on the door and manage any issues with seating or customer requests.
Manage food and drink pre-orders and keep managers informed of any issues.
File and complete end-of-night paperwork accurately.
Requirements:
Availability to work weekends and evenings.
Reliable transportation to and from the venue.
Confidence and ability to work under pressure, checking in up to 400 people in an hour.
