We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Offshore Supervisor to join our team at Expro. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising a team of professionals to ensure the safe and successful completion of well operations.
Key Responsibilities- Operational Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of professionals to ensure the safe and successful completion of well operations, in accordance with company procedures and industry standards.
- Team Management: Allocate tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring that all operations are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Client Liaison: Liaise with clients and their representatives to ensure that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with the level of service provided.
- Inventory Management: Responsible for the management of chemical inventory at the wellsite, ensuring that all necessary materials are available and that inventory levels are maintained.
- Compliance and Quality: Ensure that all operations are conducted in accordance with applicable quality policies, procedures, and processes, and that the highest ethical standards are maintained.
- Health, Safety, and Environment: Ensure that all operations are conducted in accordance with applicable health, safety, and environmental policies, procedures, and processes, and that the 10 Safety House Rules are followed at all times.
- Employee Development: Ensure that objectives set under the Employee Development Plan are met, and that all team members are provided with the necessary training and support to perform their duties effectively.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in well operations, with experience in supervising teams and managing operations. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
