About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Culinary Assistant to join our dynamic kitchen team at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Leeds. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and delivering exceptional food quality to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist our chefs in preparing a wide range of dishes, from classic comfort food to innovative culinary creations.
  • Work collaboratively with our kitchen team to maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
  • Contribute to the efficient running of the kitchen, including food preparation, plating, and presentation.
  • Develop your culinary skills and knowledge through ongoing training and development opportunities.
