Job Description:

  • Manage the day-to-day activities of site staff and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on time and to the required standard.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure projects are delivered to their satisfaction.
  • Coordinate and plan site logistics, including resource allocation and scheduling.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and best practices on-site.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues on-site.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager or Senior Site Coordinator in the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Relevant qualifications in construction management or related fields.
  • CSCS card and SMSTS certificate are preferred.
