Aspiring Psychology Teacher Program

We are seeking an ambitious and dedicated individual to join our team as an Aspiring Psychology Teacher. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Psychology graduate to gain experience and develop their teaching skills in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Job Summary

This is a full-time, permanent position that involves working across the Psychology Department, supporting KS4-5 lessons, and focusing on attainment and quality of learning. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background in Psychology and be confident in their ability to engage and motivate students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support KS4-5 lessons in the Psychology Department

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A desirable degree in Psychology or a related subject from a reputable University
  • Good A Levels and GCSEs across the board
  • Confidence in your ability and knowledge of the GCSE and A Level curriculum
  • The ability to engage and motivate students
