About the RoleThis is an excellent chance for a compassionate and patient individual to make a real impact on the educational journey of students with Special Educational Needs (SEN). As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting children with a range of SEN, helping to create an inclusive and nurturing classroom environment.
Responsibilities- Collaborating with teachers to deliver tailored interventions and support plans
- Assisting with lesson planning and delivery to ensure accessibility for all students
- Providing emotional support and encouragement to students with SEN
- Maintaining accurate records of student progress and adapting teaching strategies accordingly
We offer a competitive salary based on experience, ranging from £25,000 to £35,000 per annum. In addition, our school provides opportunities for professional development, a chance to work with a well-resourced and innovative school, and a supportive leadership team that encourages staff development.
We estimate this role to offer a salary range of £32,000 - £42,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
