Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Controls Specialist to join our team at Westlakes Recruit. As a key member of our project controls team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain project schedules, resource histograms, and earned value management plans.
  • Provide regular project performance reports and updates to senior management.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop strategies to overcome obstacles.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure effective project controls and governance.
  • Develop and implement project controls policies and procedures.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior team members.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project controls, programme management, or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in project controls tools and software.
  • APM or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
