Job Opportunity:
This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercial and customer-focused sales professional to work on new business and account management.
You will be working independently and alongside the team of field-based Technology Consultants to deliver exceptional customer experience and sales results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maximising sales from warm enquiries and working customers through the customer engagement sales process.
- Building and passing on leads to the most appropriate person.
- Maintaining a close relationship with the field sales team to aid with sales, account management, and new business opportunities.
- Updating systems, including the CRM, and sending professionally written communications to customers and colleagues.
