About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Account Manager to join our expanding Client Services division on a 12-month fixed-term contract. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding service to your portfolio of clients, communicating their needs across multiple departments, and ensuring that all quotations, invoices, and communications are accurate and professional.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, responding to queries in a timely manner and taking a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Manage data integrity across multiple systems, providing client reports in a precise and timely manner.
  • Work cohesively in an expanding team within a dynamic office environment, with the option to work from home for part of the week.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and meet client expectations.

Requirements
