About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Media Sales Director to join our team at RRS National Limited. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for overseeing and building our lucrative territory and the teams within it.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Planning and Management: Develop and implement business plans, including forecasting and pipeline management, to drive revenue growth and meet performance targets.
  • Revenue and Performance Targets: Deliver revenue and performance targets through effective sales strategies and team management.
  • Customer-Focused Strategy: Plan and deliver customer-focused strategies to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Team Development: Provide on-the-job and classroom training to aid in the development of your team, including coaching, feedback, and development.
  • Sales Team Management: Manage a best-in-class sales team, including coaching, feedback, and development, to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Media and Advertising Experience: Current or recent media and advertising experience is essential for this role.
  • Commercial and Sales Leadership: Previous experience in commercial and sales leadership roles is essential for this position.
  • Sales Team Management: Experience managing and training a sales team or teams is required.
  • Strategic Commercial Development: Experience in delivering strategic commercial development, process, and planning is essential.
  • Analytical and Data Skills: Strong analytical, data, and reporting skills are required for this role.
  • Marketing Strategies: Knowledge of delivering marketing strategies and trends analysis is essential.
