Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled HGV Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Biffa Waste - Coulsdon Depot. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for the upkeep and repair of our diverse fleet of vehicles and waste management equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintenance and repair of vehicles and waste management handling equipment to meet health and safety legislation and DVSA requirements.
  • Scheduled preventative service and maintenance inspections to meet Biffa's operator's licence commitments.
  • Ensure that all maintenance work is carried out to the highest standards and in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Fully skilled having achieved a full level 3 HGV / PSV apprentice qualification or equivalent.
  • Technician level.
  • Must have a minimum of a car/van driving licence.
  • HGV licence Essential.
  • IRTEC Qualification desirable.
