We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Porsche Ambassador. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for creating exceptional customer experiences and building strong relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Analyse customer needs and preferences to identify the most suitable Porsche model and recommend optional features that meet their lifestyle requirements.
- Initiate the customer's investment in the Porsche story and introduce them to our Sales Consultant colleagues to ensure a seamless welcome journey.
- Provide ongoing support and share expertise with colleagues to enhance the customer experience.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Porsche products and services to provide accurate and informed advice to customers.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
