Maintenance Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Electrical or Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Heathrow, West London. This role offers the chance to work on a large critical site and obtain your High Voltage ticket.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years experience in commercial maintenance, preferably within Data centres. You will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, responding to emergencies, and ensuring statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform PPMs & Reactive maintenance on M&E equipment, including Single and Three Phase Power, Motors, Generators, UPS, LV/HV switching, Shutdowns, Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarm Test, AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, CRAC units, Sprinkler Systems, and BMS Operation.
  • Carry out quotations, Health & Safety checks, logbook maintenance, risk assessments, and issue permits to work.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Fully qualified in either Electrical installations or a mechanically relevant engineering discipline (City and Guilds / NVQ or equivalent).
  • At least 3 years experience in commercial maintenance, preferably within Data centres.
  • Career driven and motivated individual with excellent communication skills.

Estimated salary: £55,000 - £57,000 per annum.
