Workplace Health Promotion and Engagement Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Workplace Health Promotion and Engagement Specialist. This exciting new role will require you to work closely with our team to develop and implement Workplace Wellbeing initiatives and sporting events/activities programmes.
Main Responsibilities
- Liaise with our Working Well Manager to ensure efficient and effective allocation of resources using an asset-based approach.
- Support the development and delivery of Workplace Wellbeing events and initiatives, working closely with partner organisations to promote and increase access to our services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local businesses and stakeholders to promote our services and identify opportunities for collaboration.
- Provide input and support to other members of the team to promote our services and evaluate our programmes, events, and initiatives.

Person Specification
- Degree/NVQ L6 or demonstrable experience in public health/health improvement/behaviour change/workplace health/business project management/community development.
- Experience of event planning and management, including sports, and managing multiple caseloads/multi-agency working.
- Ability to analyse and interpret data, build good relationships with customers, and have a solution-focused attitude.
