Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Building Surveyor to join a reputable company as a Building Surveyor and progress towards Chartership within 2 and a half years. The company, founded in 1848, is a leading property consultant in the South-West and offers full on-the-job training, working closely with senior members of the team to hone your skills and work towards your RICS qualification.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site surveys and inspections
  • Meet with clients and build a portfolio of properties under your control
  • Work closely with senior members of the team to gain valuable industry experience
  • Split between the Plymouth office and regular site visits

Requirements:

  • Recent graduate with a relevant degree
  • Aspiring Building Surveyor looking to kick-start their career
  • Commutable to Plymouth
  • Wants to become RICS qualified within 2 and a half years

What We Offer:

  • Full on-the-job training from senior members and training officers
  • Regular client liaison
  • Guaranteed pay increase annually for years 1-3
  • 9 - 5:30 Monday to Friday
