Job Title: Construction Project Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at Brandon James Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage construction projects across various sectors, including retail, education, residential, and commercial.
- Oversee the design team, focusing on risk and value management.
- Nurture client relationships and handle administrative duties.
Requirements:
- Degree in Construction or Project Management.
- Membership to a relevant professional body (RICS, APM, CIOB or similar).
- Previous experience in a Construction Consultancy.
- Ideal experience working on projects in multiple construction sectors.
