Cooplands Team Leader Role

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Team Leader to join our Cooplands bakery team. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring a team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the bakery when the Manager is not present
  • Lead and motivate a team to achieve sales and profitability targets
  • Ensure the store is operating smoothly and efficiently
  • Get involved with food preparation, store cleanliness, and serving customers

Requirements:

  • Team leader experience or experience in hospitality/retail
  • Availability to work between 6.00am and 18.00pm
