Main Responsibilities:

  • Set up the restaurant and bar for service, ensuring all standards of presentation are met.
  • Serve as the face of the business, acting as an ambassador for the hotel and maintaining its brand reputation.
  • Engage with guests, take their food and beverage orders, use upselling opportunities to enhance their experience, and create a welcoming atmosphere.
