We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Agricultural Construction Manager to lead the Roots Development Team in creating and executing new locations across the UK. This role requires overseeing site layout and building, managing labor teams, and collaborating with contractors to install fencing, water, and hard standing.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a thorough understanding of project management principles, and effective communication with stakeholders. They must be adaptable to changing workloads during the seasons and have high technology literacy, ideally some experience in CAD.
Agricultural background, DIY/Construction/Handy Man experience, and proficiency in computer skills are required. A high level of safety awareness is also essential for driving successful project outcomes while maintaining high standards on-site.
As a key member of the team, you will oversee various aspects of site construction, including supervising labor teams, managing budgets, and maintaining project timelines. Your expertise will play a crucial role in ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in accordance with quality standards.
This role offers a competitive salary range of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include a company car, flexible working hours, and opportunities for professional growth.
