Job Description: Mechanical Site Manager

The initial project is a commercial installation in Central London. As a Mechanical Site Manager, you will be responsible for receiving and reviewing drawings and specifications from the client or main contractor. You will also record variations to contract and provide information to the Quantity Surveyor.

You will be accountable for dealing with and managing sub-contractors and staff onsite. Additionally, you will be responsible for Quality Assurance (QA) works for the Electrical packages.

Requirements:

  • SMSTS certification;
  • CSCS Black Card;
  • Minimum NVQ level 3 in a relevant mechanical field or HNC/HND in electrical engineering or building services;
  • Three years of experience as a Mechanical Site Manager.
