Job OverviewThis is a full-time position requiring 40 hours of work per week, with a rotation that includes one weekend day every three weeks. As a Veterinary Surgeon at GLG Vets, you will be responsible for providing top-quality care to a diverse range of animals.
- Perform routine check-ups, surgeries, and emergency care as required.
- Maintain accurate medical records for each patient.
- Collaborate with our team of veterinary nurses and support staff.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional care and treatment to animals, ensuring the highest standards of animal welfare.
- Delivering routine check-ups, surgeries, and emergency care as required, adhering to best practices and clinical guidelines.
- Maintaining detailed and accurate medical records for each patient, facilitating effective communication and collaboration within the team.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A veterinary degree (MRCVS or equivalent).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and clients.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
