Role Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced individual to join our team as a Faith and Learning Advocate. The successful candidate will be responsible for pioneering a school-based program that promotes spiritual wellbeing, working closely with a team of volunteers from local churches.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Establish and lead a weekly youth discipleship club in villages, providing a safe and supportive environment for young people.
  2. Develop and implement the Big Green Heart in local schools, championing its use and potential impact.
  3. Collaborate with the youth and community worker to develop Take Away Church, a innovative approach to Christian outreach.

Requirements:

  • A deep understanding of safeguarding practices and ability to ensure compliance with relevant policies and guidelines.
  • A valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel as needed.
  • The ideal candidate will be a committed Christian with a passion for youth work and a clear understanding of their role within the organization's mission.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
