**Job Summary**
O'loughlin Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced IFA Administrator to join their team. As an IFA Administrator, you will provide administrative support to a team of Independent Financial Advisers, ensuring the smooth operation of the office and delivering exceptional customer service.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage day-to-day client and provider enquiries, responding promptly and professionally to all correspondence.
- Arrange meetings for the financial adviser, ensuring seamless coordination and communication.
- Prepare literature for client meetings, including reports and valuations, to a high standard.
- Input new business and maintain client records on back-office systems, adhering to company and FCA compliance regulations.
**Requirements**
- Proven experience working within a Financial Advisor firm as an Administrator.
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
- Comfortable working under pressure to meet deadlines and using your own initiative.
- Excellent IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office, and experience of relevant IFA back-office systems and platforms.
