Care Support Specialist

We are seeking compassionate and creative individuals to join our team as Care Support Specialists in East Dunbartonshire, providing flexible support to individuals living in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide person-centred care and support to individuals with disabilities and/or additional support needs, including daily living tasks and emotional support.
- Assist with daily routines such as meal preparation, medication management, and personal care.
- Support individuals to maintain relationships with family and friends, and engage in community activities.
We offer flexible shift patterns, including earlies, days, lates, and sleepovers, to ensure 24/7 support for our service users.
