Job Title: Field Service Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment, troubleshooting issues, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment, including air compressors, dryers, and gas generators.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with equipment, determining the root cause and implementing repairs.
  • Document all work performed using company-provided hardware and software.
  • Develop relationships with customers, providing excellent service and support.
  • Participate in a rotating on-call schedule and be available to work overtime as needed.
  • Promote and practice proper safety procedures and the correct use of personal protective equipment.
  • Work as a team, sharing knowledge with colleagues and participating in training and development opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in an industrial electrical or mechanical position.
  • Mechanical or electrical qualification, or equivalent experience.
  • Full UK driving license with less than 4 points.
  • Computer literacy and ability to learn new systems.
  • Flexibility to participate in the call-out rota and work on-site.
