Reed is seeking a skilled Freight Forwarder to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing international shipments by road, sea, and air.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage international shipments, ensuring timely delivery of goods.
  • Liaise with carriers, suppliers, and customers to ensure seamless logistics operations.
  • Handle customs clearance procedures, ensuring compliance with regulations and documentation requirements.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all shipments.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in freight forwarding - Sea or Air (preferably both)
  • Strong knowledge of international shipping procedures and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritise tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software.
