We're on the hunt for a talented Leisure Assistant to join our team at Village Hotel Club. As a key member of our hospitality and leisure team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional experiences for our guests.

  • Contribute to maintaining high-quality facilities and public areas, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to refine our guest experience, focusing on cleanliness, hygiene, and attention to detail.
  • Respond to poolside alarms and take care of the pool area, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for our guests.
  • Work closely with the team to deliver outstanding customer service, leading to exceptional member satisfaction.
  • Identify and resolve issues proactively, demonstrating a solutions-oriented approach.
