Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team in the Watford/Luton SE region. As a key member of our Sales & Operation team, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing client relationships, demonstrating system knowledge, and generating new sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and develop client relationships to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Demonstrate system knowledge and provide technical support to customers
  • Generate new sales opportunities through effective sales and marketing strategies
  • Coordinate support resources to maintain and grow existing accounts
  • Participate in plant visits, audits, and trials to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in account management or sales in the water treatment industry
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Excellent project management and time management abilities
  • Technical qualification in Chemical, Environmental, Mechanical, or similar Engineering environment
  • UK driving license
