Job Title: SHEQ Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced SHEQ Specialist to join our team at BayWa r.e. AG. As a key member of our Operational Services department, you will play a vital role in supporting our business in all aspects of day-to-day Operational and Project Site SHEQ management.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Health and Safety with a minimum NEBOSH Cert qualification or equivalent. You will be responsible for conducting audits of internal and subcontractor activities, reviewing audit findings with project managers, and carrying out investigations into hazardous observations/near misses or incidents.

You will also be responsible for communicating with internal and external partners on all SHEQ matters, including external auditors, and supporting the SHEQ manager with training roll-outs. In addition, you will analyse SHEQ data to support the resolution of issues.

To succeed in this role, you will require a willingness to undertake quality management training or preferably hold a quality management qualification. A valid UK driving license is also essential.

In return, we offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including private health insurance, life assurance cover, and a company pension scheme.
