Night Auditor

We are seeking a skilled Night Auditor to join our team at Doubletree by Hilton Dartford Bridge. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out experience for our guests.

• Provide night-hour reception services to guests, contributing to an overall exceptional experience
• Complete audits in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
• Ensure an efficient reception experience for guests, including check-in and check-out
• Communicate effectively with the Night Manager and Night Team, sharing relevant feedback and information
• Maintain a high level of customer service, demonstrating a genuine passion for delivering exceptional experiences

• Previous experience in a customer-focused industry, with a strong understanding of hotel operations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests
• Competent level of IT proficiency, with experience using front-of-house equipment and property management systems
• Ambitious and hardworking, with a strong desire to learn and grow within the company
