Mental Health Nurse Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Medacs Healthcare. As a Registered Mental Health Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to patients with mental health conditions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Providing individualized care plans and support to patients
  • Working closely with multidisciplinary teams to achieve patient goals
  • Administering medication and monitoring patient progress
  • Providing emotional support and counseling to patients and their families
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse qualification
  • At least 2 years post-graduate experience
  • 6 months recent NHS experience within the last 3 years
  • Enhanced background check
