Job Summary:

Fortus Recruitment Group Limited is seeking a skilled Multi Trade Specialist to join our team. As a Multi Trade Specialist, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to maintenance and repair of residential properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform carpentry, plumbing, plastering, painting, and tiling tasks as required
• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs to ensure properties are in good condition
• Work with contractors and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients
• Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:

• Experience in residential maintenance and repair
• Good social skills and ability to work with clients
• Good customer service skills
• Asbestos awareness certificate
• DBS check
• Drivers License
• Qualifications in relevant trade areas (desirable)
