About the Job:
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineering Trainer Assessor to support our highly motivated and creative team. The successful candidate will have relevant electrical engineering and power qualifications/experience, hold (or be working towards) a recognised assessment qualification (TAQA, A1, V1 or equivalent), and understanding of all aspects of workplace assessment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support apprentices in their learning journey by carrying out workplace assessments, reviews, and setting actions.
- Prepare apprentices for end-point assessment on professional standards at Levels 2-5.
- Conduct IQA duties within the existing team.
- Develop the College's offer of apprenticeship standards in conjunction with employer partners and awarding bodies.
