About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at Epsom and St Helier University Hospitals NHS Trust. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for the reactive and planned maintenance of all elements of building fabric, working alone and part of a team.
Main Responsibilities
Conduct PPM and reactive tasks via a PDA, prepare and paint a variety of materials, deliver simple carpentry and plumbing tasks, assist in the management of contractors, and transport assets on site and between sites.

Person Specification
We are looking for someone with demonstrable skills in advanced DIY or a qualification in a trade profession. Essential experience includes working in a commercial or large residential premise providing routine maintenance using transferable skills. Desirable experience includes working within healthcare premises and using a PDA or paper for maintenance tasks.
