Job Title: Assistant Cook

We are seeking a skilled and organized Assistant Cook to join our team at Manor Hall Academy Trust. As an Assistant Cook, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and providing high-quality food services to our students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation and cooking of meals for students and staff
  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure efficient food service
  • Support the Headteacher and other staff members as needed
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Knowledge of health and safety procedures and food hygiene practices
